CIC hearing aids are placed inside the ear canal. They are very small, discreet enough and are suitable even for severe hearing loss. A shell is constructed according to the size of the ear where the aid’s mechanism is adjusted, so that the hearing aids will be very comfortable when placed.

CONS: They aren’t suitable for all levels of hearing loss. Also, they aren’t indicated for very small ear canals.
