The cost of aural rehabilitation ranges from 640€ up to even 6000€. A big amount of money, from 450€ to 3450€, is paid by state funds as it is mentioned below. The rehabilitation price mostly depends on the quality of hearing aids, which is characterized by certain factors. These quality factors are the hearing aids’ technological level, their efficiency, their abilities and their size.

1. What is included in the cost?
- Creation of a personal repair program (NEW HEARING) which includes all the instructions for the desirable result.
- Meetings for the smooth regulation and adjustment of the hearing aids.
- Check and maintenance of hearing aids (every 2 months). (Service is offered for free during the lifespan of the hearing aids that we will choose for you.)
- Free hearing examination. (We will observe the progress of your hearing and we will intervene if a regulation of your hearing aids is necessary.)
- Guaranteed result. (We can guarantee the best result, which is nothing less than correct and seamless hearing.)
2. What are the payment options available?
There are flexible payment schedules in Earmedical because we always try for the best facilitation of our patients.
- Big discount for cash payment.
- Interest-free installments, for payment with or without a credit card in our centers
- Due to the capital controls, we offer the option of payment with debit or credit cards via a POS machine directly to our centers, or by transferring the amount of money through a banking transaction to an account of ours, without the restriction of the weekly withdrawal limit.
3. Does my insurance or medical care pay for hearing aids’ purchase?
- For insured adults, the national fund (ΕΟΠΥΥ) grants 450€ in average every 4 years, regardless of the cost or quantity of hearing aids.
- For children at school age, state pays up to 3450€, by which 450€ is granted by the insurance fund and 3000€ is granted by the Ministry of Education (Primary and Secondary Education departments)
At Earmedical we do all the necessary procedures for the refund collection by the state. You only pay your part of the cost.
